Pipe Refurbishment Container

Our customer was looking for way to realign and straighten out damaged dredging pipes of up to 43" [1,100 mm] in diameter. In partnership with BOM Engineering, Stagro Hydraulics developed a mobile pipe refurbishment unit housed in a 40 ft sea container that could be positioned in practically any location using conventional hoisting and lifting equipment. The unit is capable of realigning and straightening out 39 ft-long dredging pipes with wall and flange thicknesses of up to 1" and 2" respectively. This enabled our customer to refurbish its damaged pipes.
