An important component of both new and existing systems is piping. We can bend pipes of up to 1⅝" [42 mm] in diameter at our own facility as well as on location. We also supply various types of piping:

• Steel
• Stainless steel
• Flexible hydraulic hoses (with or without armoring)

Given that contaminated piping can cause problems, we deburr all pipes and assemble them such that the inner surfaces remain clean and smooth. Pipes are blanked off with steel to prevent contaminants getting into the piping during assembly. After assembly, we flush the lines in accordance with NAS/ISO standards.

We join piping using cone welded fittings and flanges with O-rings so that piping operates optimally under all conditions without leaking. Depending on the application, we use lightweight, heavyweight, or ultra-heavyweight brackets to secure piping. It is also possible to use rubber fixings to reduce noise emission levels.
