Our Profile
Stagro Hydraulics specializes in custom-made hydraulic system manufacturing for a wide range of industries around the world. This includes the design, manufacture, and installation of hydraulic power units and transmission systems for the dredging and offshore industries. We also provide customer service in related aspects such as system maintenance, modifications, and overhaul. Our organization is made up of a team of twelve experts with decades of combined experience. Job Description
As workshop supervisor, you are responsible for monitoring our production and maintenance departments throughout various project phases. You lead a worldwide team of hydraulic service engineers working simultaneously on a variety of projects.
You are responsible for efficient division of labor, productivity, internal and external logistics supply chains, and the quality of our products and services. You perform these tasks while maintaining close contact with our Sales & Engineering department to ensure planning stays on track.
You also maintain contact with our customers and act as a source of information within the organization. In short, you are an important key figure within our company!
We are looking for somebody with:
- MBO/MTS [vocational high school/technical high school] level mechanical engineering
- Extensive experience in hydraulic and proportional technologies
- Management capacity and ambitions
- Service and customer-oriented mentality
- Strong communications skills
- Command of the Dutch and English languages (written and verbal)
- Flexible attitude and not concerned about working overtime

Service Engineer
As a service engineer, you work as part of team on a wide range of products. You are deployed worldwide and are responsible for new system assembly. You also perform maintenance and inspection activities. You are also required to resolve technical malfunctions and act as a point of contact for our customers on location. You are familiar with carrying out repairs in our own workshop and assisting in production department activities.
It is critical that you can guarantee the quality of our products and services to our customers.
We are looking for someone with:
- MBO/MTS [vocational high school/technical high school] level mechanical engineering
- Basic experience in hydraulic and proportional technologies
- Self-sufficiency and customer-oriented mentality
- Command of the Dutch and, to a large extent, English languages (written and verbal)
- Flexible mentality and not concerned about working overtime
